5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: TNPS (tension, pulse, respiration, temperature) and giving injections if any (nurse).
18:30 to 20:00: making the status of the patient (nurse).
Office of the night:
20:00 to 20:30: operands tool and the patient (nurse) from service afternoon to the evening service.
20:30 to 22:30: check the status of the patient / patient's general condition, see a schedule of drug administration or injection (nurse).
22:30 to 05:00: nurse a nurse who took turns with others to break. Nurse turns to see the patient if any of them IV fluids will be depleted (nurses).
5:00 to 6:00: TNPS (tension, pulse, respiration, temperature) and check on the patient and whether the injection was given all. Making a report on the state of the patient (nurse).
6:00 to 7:00: perbeden and encourage the patient to bathe in the family. If the patient bedrest then nurses should wash / wipe the patient's family consent (nurse).
07:00: operands equipment and patients from the offices the night to morning service.

Good evening mam.! My name is Tomi from Keperawatan IIIc, STIKES TMS BENGKULU.
I ‘ll report about doctor activities and nurse activities in hospital.
At 07:00 am nurse would be change
At 07:30 am Nurse will be check condition and give breakfast to patient.
At 09:00 am doctor with nurse check up patient .
At 10:00 am nurse have to check diagnose patient.
At 12:30 am nurse give lunch and give some medicine to patient t.
At 02:00 pm morning shift change to afternoon shift.
That’s my report about doctor and nurse activities in hospital,
Thus my letter about doctor and nurse activities in hospital.

I have received your latter on 27 Desember 2010. I will tell the activities of a nurse at the hospital.
I’m as a nurse usually help the doctors in the hospital, as a good asistent of the doctor, I always finish my work well, such as: examine the physical condition of patients, measuring blood pressure of patients, prepare breakfast to patient, take in medicine is need to patient,etc in accordance with what is required of patients. And than, the doctors give to patients not only explanations but also prescription drugs and help nurse if they get the dificultly problem of the health patiens condition.
