writing a letter

This is for nurse students of STIKES who take English III. Write an email replying to Hesta's problem that we have been discussed!

    I can only suggest you to restrain from consuming more fast food, trying to replace it with nonfat foods like vegetables, fish, etc.
    you can also change your snack to fruits which can gorged you without make you overweight.
    you must must be able to do it as long as you have intention and make extraordinary efforts, because overweight body ain't good for healths.

    May be it's very reasonable for you to have obesity since your habit and diet. I'm suggesting you to bring down or even stop to consuming fast food, and start consumes foods that contains vitamins and vegetables. If it's possible, you have to taking exercise regularly. The most important is, you have to avoid consuming fast food which are fatty. If you follow these steps, i bet your problem will be solved.

    Don't worry Hesta, i will try to give solution to you. First, you have to lessen to eat fast food. Second, you have gymnastic. Third, eat containing fibrous food and vitamin.     my advice are, you should have to manage style your food, but you still can eat such as fast food, don't too over and you also must controled colesterol increas, beside that we also balanced with sport. or sport which don't spend time to much, but just enough when we do activity, because can make lose our colesterol and be a vegetarian. exactly can make our weight, although need long time because that all need a process.

    after i read your email i have some advice, there are:
    1. i think you should do more exercise and sport.
    2. i think you should eat snack it is better than big meals.
    3. i think you should drink plenty of vitamin c in your diet.
    4. you should eat in a good order and don't forget to consume fruit's
    thats enought, i hope you can solve your problem soon.

    obesitas is one of problem for every body specially a childrens are growing. not only for children but also for women. there are many aspects couses of obecity a can be happened, genetict or heredity factor, food , are some factors of obesity.
    one example: there is a think man, in a 28 days only a consume breat and milk.
    as we know that, breat and milk have grease event thought he is a think, but because he a has consument it his body become fat.
    sport argut alternative for people that have obesity problem. a consumen healty food and don't forget to consumen fruit too.

    if you wont have ideal body,i think you shouldhave anytink time to exersise,for example you should joging.and you should stop eating fast food,,beacause fastfood make overweigt your body,you can eat vegetable,fruits and you should drink watter 8 glass in one day,,,it is can make your boddy more ideals......ok my friend

    1.eat less it fat and the more
    2.everyday sport

    e_mail sorry you had me back now because lately I'm busy with college, so just got back now

    I have a few suggestions to lose weight. Meal do not get used to sleep, and eat less fatty foods, often at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. Then multiply many-eat fruits and vegetables and eat less fast food because such foods contain lots of fat and do not get used to snacking while napping because it causes obesity. Multiply eat fibrous foods and drink plenty of water.

    I was here a few suggestions so you can mengirangi weight in a healthy way ,,,,,

    among others; eat less fast food, to less than once a week, because a lot of fast food containing saturated fat, and there were few important nutrients, but if indeed you are busy with work so that you can not meet your nutritional needs in addition to fast food food, you can not membwak yan food fast food from home to where you work ....

    bay the way, sorry if I am late to reply to your e_mail, because I am busy with my job.

    I have a few suggestions you can do to lose weight. First you have to do is you have to reduce the consumption of fast food that often you do. because of fast food which contains saturated fat is not good for your health and your weight will increase. so, if you do not have time for lunch should bring the food hamper to your office or place of this activity can reduce your habit to eat out or eat fast food. And for that sport is also very important, so take a little of your time to exercise

    Ok. friends maybe that's simple tips from me. I hope my advice can make you become more confident with the weight

    hasta...
    if you get hungry, try eating a little low fat protein food source. and than you shuld drink plenty of water. I know you did'nt haveanytime for exercise but so you should do it althought oe time in a week.

    hasta….I have red your amail about you didn’t have any time for exercise .in this problem you should do it althought one time in a week.and than you should drink plenty of water and try eating a litle low fat protein food source because different food make different nutritional contribution.
